Exercise is good but targeted exercise done properly and in the correct amount will give you the Sculpted by Dana results.

When you train with me you won’t find yourself wandering around the gym wondering what to do.

My experience allows me to develop a program specific to your needs and goals so you don’t waste time and effort.

The benefits of working out with me one-on-one is that I will hold you accountable and make sure you’re paying attention to the details including having proper form.

My expertise includes much more than just personal training experience. In order to achieve anything, you must use your most important muscle, your brain. In addition to being your fitness coach, I will be your life coach who helps you on your journey to health and happiness.
